Brigadier General Nou Tho, a Special Zone Commander sent Chhoeun Chhum to a Lieutenant General. Chhum would be put on trial he confessed that he had been served in the Viet Cong movement in the Namm Long Group, but had been dismissed after urgly activities by the North Yuon Viet Congs.
