The source reported that on April 30, 1971, 15 Khmer Viet-Congs assembled at Ou Khboeung region, VT:900-600 in Kandaok sub-district, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province. They were planning on destroying Prek Ho bridge, VT:930-662.
ប្រភពបានឱ្យដឹងថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន១៥នាក់ បានរួមប្រជុំគ្នាត្រង់តំបន់អូរក្បឿង ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩០០-៦០០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់កណ្ដោក ស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ក្នុងការរួមប្រជុំនេះពួកខ្មាំងបានរៀបចំគម្រោងការ នឹងបំផ្លាញស្ពាននៅព្រែកហូរ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៣០-៦៦២។
