On the night of 1st and 2nd October 1973, approximately 300 khmer rebels armed force infiltrated into Cheung Prey village, Am Pao Prey sub-district, kandal Steung district, Kandal province. They came here to back up their troop who were in action in Kampong Tuol and Kantourt.
កាលពីរាត្រី១-២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួនប្រហែល ៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានចូលមករាយគ្នាក្នុងភូមិជើងព្រៃ សង្កាត់អំពៅព្រៃ ស្រុកកណ្ដាលសឹ្ទង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ពួកវាមកនេះគឺ ដើម្បីជួយដល់កងទ័ពរបស់វាដែលកំពុងតែប្រតិបតិ្ដការនៅកំពង់ទួល និងកន្ទួត។
