On 27 september 1973, about 1000 khmer rebels went to help their troops who were fighting along national road No. 3. They went there especially to destroy the road between Kampot and national defend base in Roluos and Roka village of Koh Toch sub-district, Kampot province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែលជា ១០០០នាក់ បានធើ្វចលនាមកជួយដល់កងទ័ពវាដែលកំពុងតែប្រតិ បតិ្ដការនៅលើផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៣ ហើយពិសេសពួកវាមានបំណងប្រុងកាត់ផ្លូវត្រង់ចន្លោះកំពត និងទីតាំងការពារជាតិនៅភូមិរលួស និងរកាក្នុង សង្កាត់កោះតូច ខេត្ដកំពត។
