On 22 september 1973, 7 Viet Congs, equipped with 2 of M7, one M16, one B40 and 2 PMAl, under the command of a Viet Cong first lieutenant who had a knife at his waist, stopped smuggling boats, from Prek Chark to Kampot city. Those boat owners who refused to pay taxes, would be killed or the boat would be shot sunk.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានយៀកកុងយួនប្រហែល ៧នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធអ៊ឹម៧៩ ២ដើម, អ៊ឹម១៦ មួយដើម, បេ៤០ មួយដើម និងប៉េអ៊ឹមអាអ៊ិល២ដើម ក្រោមបញ្ជាការសឹកពីយួន (មិនស្គាល់ឈ្មោះ) មានសៀតកាំភើ្លងខី្លមួយដើមនៅចងេ្កះផង បាន មកស្ទាក់ផ្លូវទូកដែលរត់ពន្ធចេញពីព្រែកចាកមកក្រុងកំពត ដើម្បីអោយ ទូកទាំងនោះបង់ពន្ធអោយវារាល់ថ្ងៃ បើនរណាមិនព្រមបង់ពន្ធអោយវាទេ វានឹងចាត់អោយកងទ័ពបាញ់ពន្លិចទូក និងសម្លាប់ម្ចាស់ទូកចោល ទៀតផង។
