On 20 september 1973, about 1500 khmer rebels armed force, based in Battambang, hid themselves in Romlech village. Later they left that place and left a small group to guard the place. The rest of them were divided into two group and 500 of them were assigned to hide in Robos Nhorng village and other 800 in Reusei Krang village. They forced inhabitants to give them 40 to 45 sacs of rice per day. Their target was to attack the national troop who attacked their base at UV: 668-058.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល ១៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុន ដែលជាកងទ័ពក្នុងតំបន់ បាត់ដំបង បានធើ្វដំណើរមករាយគ្នាលាក់ខ្លួនក្នុងភូមិរំលេច។ តែក្រោយមក វាបានចាកចេញពីទីនោះ ដោយវាបានទុកតែមួយផ្នែក សម្រាប់យាមល្ឃាតនៅទីនោះ ហើយចែកជាពីរក្រុមដើម្បីលាក់ខ្លួន ក្នុងភូមិរបោះញង ៥០០នាក់។ នៅក្នុងភូមិឫស្សីក្រាំង៨០០នាក់ ដោយពួកវាបានបងំ្ខអោយប្រជាជននៅតាមភូមិនោះ ផ្ដល់អង្ករអោយវា ក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃពី៤០ទៅ ៤៥បាវ។ គោលបំណងរបស់ពួកវា គឺពួនស្ទាក់ វាយប្រហារទ័ពជាតិ ដែលឡើងបោសសំអាតទីតាំងពួកវា ដែលនៅកោះខ្សាច់ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េៈ ៦៦៨-០៥៨។
