កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Sum Khan aka Voeun, deputy chief of group 1, K-31, municipal commerce, confessed that the Angkar used to seek to arrest Tha aka Smei, but Liep aka Chheng, working in 50-cell of Phsar Thmei Pig slaughtering unit, firstly promised to reeducate Smei. In June 1976, Smei and Chheng attended the meeting and also received a plot from Oeun to collect supplies and other equipment for giving to traitorous network.
ស៊ុម ខន ហៅ វឿន អនុក្រុម១ ក-៣១ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បាន និយាយថា អងការរកចាប់ឈ្មោះ ថា ហៅ ស្មីនេះម្ដងហើយ តែឈ្មោះ លៀប ហៅ ឆេង កងហារកាប់ជ្រូកផ្សារថ្មី ធានាថាទុក ស្មី កសាងសិន។ នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួន និង ស្មី បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការណ៍ប្រមូលសម្ភារៈផ្គត់ផ្គង់អោយបក្ខពួក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ អឿន។
