On 19 September 1973, about 180 armed forces in battalion 104 under the command of Vat Vann, equiped with B40, 60 mm artillery, and AK47, came to rest in Chrarp Dang Co village, and then headed to Cham Ka Kroch and Dand Co Kroch village.
At that time they collected 20 sacks of rice from inhabitants to use in their journey to settle down in Prey Saka village, Don krey sub-district, Morng district, Battambang province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល១៨០នាក់ នៅក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច១០៤ ក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ វ៉ាត វ៉ាន ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ រួមមានបេ៤០, កាំភើ្លងធំ៦០មីលីម៉ែត្រ អាកា៤៧ បានធើ្វដំណើរមកសម្រាកនៅភូមិច្រាបដង្គោ រួចបន្ដដំណើរ ទៅភូមិចំការក្រូច និងភូមិដង្គោក្រូច។ នៅពេលនោះវាបានប្រមូល អង្ករ២០បាវពីប្រជាជន ដើម្បីបន្ដដំណើរទៅតាំងជម្រកនៅភូមិព្រៃ សាកា ក្នុងសង្កាត់ដូនក្រី ស្រុកមោង ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង។
