កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :

Many khmer rebels, in region 22, under the command of Ta Aky Neth, Kol, Chhay, Vann and Phan, came to inhabit in Sykor Sub-district at WT120-890, Tuol Pongro village at WT 116-870, Chamkar Leu village at WT 116-880. Especially, this was the place where ammunition and weapons were stored and boats were made for their soldier's transportation. They built hospital and training center in Prek Dambang village at WT 115-840, in Vihear Sour province. They built a camp in Bak Dao village at WT 126-818, for evacuated people. They moved to higher place and float equipment on boat in flooded forest.
ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមមួយចំនួនសិ្ថតនៅក្នុងតំបន់២២ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការតា អគី្គ នេត្រ, កុល, ឆាយ, វ៉ាន់ និងផាន់ បានចូលមករាយគ្នាតាំងជម្រកនៅ ក្នុងឃុំស៊ីគរ ត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបបិលយូធី១២០-៨៩០, ភូមិទួលពង្រ ឌុបបិលយូធី១១៦-៨៧០, ភូមិចំការលើ ឌុបបិលយូធី១១៦-៨៨០ ជាពិសេសកន្លែងនេះខ្មាំងបានស្ដុកអាវុធគ្រាប់រំសេវជាច្រើន ព្រមទាំង មានកន្លែងធើ្វទូកសម្រាប់ចម្លងទ័ពទៀតផង។ ពួកវាបានសង់មនី្ទរពេទ្យ និងមណ្ឌលហឹ្វកហ្វឺននៅភូមិព្រែកដំបង ត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបបិលយូធី១១៥-៨៤៤ ក្នុងខេត្ដវិហាសួគ៌។ ពិសេសខ្មាំងបានសង់កន្លែងមួយសម្រាប់ ដាក់អ្នកស្រុកដែលកៀរបានពីតំបន់ជិតៗនៅក្នុងភូមិបាក់ដាវ ត្រង់ ឌុបបិលយូធី១២៦-៨១៨។ ហើយវាបានផ្លាស់ប្ដូរទីកន្លែងមកនៅ កន្លែងខ្ពស់ៗ ហើយចំណែកសម្ភារវិញវាបានយកមកដាក់ផ្ទុកលើទូក ក្នុងព្រៃលិចទឹក។
