Sum Khan aka Voeun, deputy chief of group 1, K-31, municipal commerce, confessed that in June 1976, he saw Choeun attended the traitorous meeting and received a plot from Oeun, working in 50-member cell, to collect foodstuffs.
ស៊ុម ខន ហៅ វឿន អនុក្រុម១ ក-៣១ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រុង បាន និយាយថា នៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦ ខ្ងូនបានឃើញ ជឿន ចូលប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការណ៍ប្រមូលសម្ភារៈផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពួក្បត់ពី អឿន កងហា។
