Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
The Ministry of National Great Consolidarity gave priority to the Governor of Kampot province to choose anyone of the defectors and send their names to the Ministry for a possible appointement as the agency in the province. The rest would be allowed to serve agents of reconciliation or agents of Free Khmer, because according to the Khmer Khmer department and chapter 15 of decree 624-73 B.S.K dated on September 24, 1973, it the networks wanted to appoint someone to be an agent, they had to sent them to the Free Khmer department for management according to their ability.
ក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គីជាតិ បានផ្ដល់អាទិភាពដល់លោកចៅហ្វាយខេត្ដកំពតឱ្យ ជ្រើសរើសជនណាម្នាក់ក្នុងចំណោមខ្មែរស្ម័គ្ររួបរួមទាំងអស់ឱ្យផ្ញើឈ្មោះមកក្រសួង ដើម្បីក្រសួងសមេ្រចចេញសេចក្ដីប្រកាសតែង តាំងជននោះឱ្យធ្វើជានាយបណ្ដាយក្នុងខេត្ដ។ ចំណែកខ្មែរស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដ រួបរួមដែលសល់ពីនោះក្រសួងអនុញាតិឱ្យទៅធ្វើការជាភ្នាក់ងារបង្រួប បង្រួម ឬភ្នាក់ងារសេរីកាទាំងអស់ ព្រោះជាសំណូមពររបស់ថ្នាក់ នាយកដ្ឋានសេរីកា និងយោងតាមប្រកា១៥ ក្រិត្យលេខ៦២៤-៧៣ បសខ ចុះថ្ងៃ ២៤ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៣ ថាបើនាយបណ្ដាយតែងតាំង នរណាភ្នាក់ងារត្រូវស្នើជននោះទៅនាយកដ្ឋានសេរីកា ដើម្បីលៃលក តាមសមត្ថភាព។
