Because of the difficulties involved with communicating with the Ministry of National Great Consolidarity who had been sent on missions in the provinces, the Ministry has asked National Army Units to assist them in maintaining contact with the Ministry and that the agencies were permitted to use walkie-talkies in order to communicate with the Ministry in Phnom Penh.
ដោយមានការលំបាកក្នុងការទាក់ទងរវាងភ្នាក់ងារនៃក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គី ជាតិដែលនៅបំពេញបេសកកម្មនៅខេត្ដឆ្ងាយៗទាក់ទងមកក្រសួងវិញ នោះទើបក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គីជាតិ បានស្នើសុំឱ្យបណ្ដាលកងឯកភាព នានាជួយសម្រួលក្នុងការទាក់ទងនេះផង ព្រោះភ្នាក់ងារក្រសួងមហា សាមគ្គីជាតិតាមខេត្ដត្រូវការសុំអនុញាតប្រើប្រាស់ម្ដងម្កាលនូវ វិទ្យុកងទ័ពជាតិដើម្បីទាក់ទង មកក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គីជាតិនៅភ្នំពេញ។
