Sum Sing aka Doeun, group member of Russei Keo oil energy, confessed that Hour, economic chief of blacksmith technical school, often went to drink with Pon and Phat at Sinuon's house. Pon, Phat and Sinuon were traitorous leaders. But, no one knew Hour betray or not, however he went to drink with all the traitorous leaders.
