On April 6, 1972, a chief constructor resumed duty to reconstruct a Airport in Kampong Thom province but he did not agree to go there because he was busied to sell his goods. His goods were not completely sold out because of prices had been soaring high level. Administraters and soldiers in Kampong Thom province complained about prices being so high and the difficullty of travelling.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៦ មេសា ១៩៧២ លោកមេការ នៅខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ បាន ទទួលភារកិច្ចខាងជួសជុលធ្វើចំនតយន្ដហោះឡើងវិញ តែលោកមេការ នោះមិនព្រមធ្វើទេព្រោះលោករវល់តែលក់ទំនិញរបស់គាត់មិនទាន់ អស់ដែលបណ្ដាលមកពីទំនិញឡើងថ្លៃពេក។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀតមានអ្នករដ្ឋ ការយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងកំពង់ធំក្រុង សព្វថ្ងៃមានការត្អូញត្អែរយ៉ាងខ្លាំងពីទំនិញ ឡើងថ្លៃពិបាកក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើរ។
