Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
According to the Ministry of Great Consolidarity and the instructions of the liberation department, people were required to set up demography ambush unit in the provinces in order to carry out the gvernment's political line. For these reasons, the provincial governor proposed budget for salaries, shelters and clothes for the 182 defectors in order to integrate them into the Demography Ambush Unit under the instructions of the liberation deparment.
តាមគម្រោងការរបស់ក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គីជាតិ ហើយតាមការ ណែនាំរបស់របស់ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីទី១ នៃនាយយកដ្ឋានសេរីកាថា តម្រូងឱ្យរៀបចំនូវកងឆ្មក់ប្រជារាស្ដ្រ នៅតាមបណ្ដាល ខេត្ដនានា ដើម្បីអនុវត្ដន៍នូវមាគ៌ានយោបាយរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល។ ព្រោះហេតុ នេះហើយទើបលោកអភិបាលខេត្ដបានស្នើសុំថិវិកាមួយចំនួនដើម្បី ផ្ដល់ជូនជាប្រាក់បៀវត្ស សង់ជម្រក និងទិញសំលៀកបំពាក់ជូនដល់ បណ្ដាលជនដែលចូលរួមទាំង១៨២នាក់ ក្នុងគោលបំណងឱ្យជនទាំង នោះបានចូលក្នុងកងឆ្មក់ប្រជារាស្ដ្រតាមការបង្គប់ ពីនាយកដ្ឋាន សេរីការមក។
