From March 1-28, 1972, about 150 Khmer-Yuon Viet Congs under the command of Li Sai, the former trainer, came for millitary strategy training under the shadow of treas tree, in Northeast of Chrang Totoeng village at WT 218-737, sangkat Chrang Totoeng, Peam Ro district, Prey Veng province.
ចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃ ១ មីនា ១៩៧២ ដល់ថ្ងៃ ២៨ មីនា ១៩៧២ ជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ ពួកយួនយៀកកុងនិងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល១៥០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ លី សៃ អតីតគ្រូបង្ហាត់ បានមកប្រជុំគ្នា ហាត់ហឹ្វកហឺ្វនក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនៅក្រោមម្លប់ដើមទ្រាស ស្ថិតនៅខាង ជើងឈៀងខាងកើតភូមិច្រាំងទទឹង ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២១៨-៧៣៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ច្រាំងទទឹង ស្រុកពាមរ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។
