Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
The governor of Kandal province made a budget proposal for the minister of state in charge of strange phrase to build materials to set up shelter, saleries and clothes for 155 defectors who voluntarily left the communist. The governor also planned to integrate those soldiers into the mational army as reinforcements for the provincial asecurity forces. They would conduct military operations to keep peace for the people.
លោកអភិបាលខេត្ដកណ្ដាល បានស្នើសុំថវិកាពីសង្គមជាតិតាមរយៈ លោកទេសរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីអមទីស្ដីការរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីទី១ ទទួលបន្ទុកមហាសាមគ្គីជាតិ ដើម្បីរៀបចំធ្វើគម្រោងការសម្រាប់ទិញសម្ភារធ្វើជម្រក, ផ្ដល់បៀវត្ស ទិញសំលៀកបំពាក់ចែកជូនជនសែលស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលរួបរួមជាមួយ សង្គមជាតិចំនួន១៥៥នាក់។ លោកអភិបាលខេត្ដកណ្ដាលមានបំណងឱ្យ ជនរួបរួមទាំងនោះចូលបម្រើជាកងជំនួយរក្សាសន្ដិសុខ ក្នុងខេត្ដដើម្បី ចេញប្រតិបត្ដិការរក្សាសន្ដិសុខជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទៀតផង។
