According to a report from the Cabinet Minister for National of Great Consolidarity, after being educated, combatants under the age of 18 who had been forced by enemies to serve in army before being caught by the National Army, would now be sent to wherever they wished to live.
តាមរបាយការណ៍ពីទីស្ដីការរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងមហាសាមគ្គី បានឱ្យដឹងថា ក្រោយពីបានអប់រំយុវជនដែលមានអាយុតិចជាង១៨ឆ្នាំ ដែលត្រូវ ខ្មាំងបង្ខំឱ្យចូលកងទ័ព ហើយត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិចាប់បាននោះឥឡូវ
