Seat, 28, was born in O Reang Ov district, Kampong Cham province. Seat was an assistant of regiment 160 and joined the revolution in 1970. In 1973, Seat worked at regiment 160. Later on, Phuon assigned Seat to office of regiment and indoctrinated Seat to serve for the Free Khmer activities in 1974. In 1975, Phuon assigned Seat to infiltrate into air forces unit 502 with Oung in preparation for overthrowing Phnom Penh in July 1976.
ស៊ាត អាយុ ២៨ ឆ្នាំកើតនៅស្រុក អូរាំង« ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម តួនាទីជាជុំនួយសេនាធិការវរសេនាធំ ១៦០ បានចូលធ្វើបដិវត្ដ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧០ ។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ នៅអង្គភាពវរសេនាធំ ១៦០ បន្ទាប់មក ភួន បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យមកនៅមន្ទីរវរសេនាធំជាមួយ ហើយបានអប់រំស៊ាត ឱ្យចូលក្នុងសកម្មភាពខ្មែរសេរីនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដល់ ១៩៧៥ ភួន បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យទៅបង្កប់នៅអង្គភាពកងទ័ព អាកាស ៥០២ ជាមួយ អ៊ូង ដើម្បីចាំជួយធ្វើសកម្មភាពវាយ ភ្នំពេញខែ៧-១៩៧៦។
