Sean, commerce chief of region 106, was involved in the people's accusation. Sean joined the revolution at northern zone in 1970, and he was a secrete agent in "black shadow" of Major Phal aka Satia. Then, he linked with Khuon. After the liberation, Sean invited his network to join meeting in order to set up plan to gather traitorous forces to coup d'état with Ven.
ស៊ាន ប្រធានពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំបន់ ១០៦ ត្រូវបានមនុស្សជាច្រើន នាក់ឆ្លើយដាក់។ ស៊ាន ចូលបដិវត្ដនៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ និង ជាចារបុរសក្នុងខ្សែ«ស្រមោលខ្មៅ»របស់សក្ដិ ៤ ផល ហៅ សត្យា។ ក្រោយមកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ឃួន ។ ក្រោយរំដោះ ស៊ាន បានហៅបក្ខពួកខ្លួនមកប្រជុំ លើកផែនការប្រមូលកម្លាំង ធ្វើរដ្ឋប្រហាជាមួយ វ៉ែន។
