Seap aka Sam, middle class farmer, lived near O Reang Ov market, studied in grade 3, made connection with Ut Khauv. In order to spying on Khmer Rouge's activities, he served as a spy of Ut Khauv.
ស៊ាប ហៅ សំ ជាកូនកសិករកណ្ដាល នៅក្បែរផ្សារអូររាំង« រៀនថ្នាក់ទី៣ ហើយបានទាក់ទងឈ្មោះ អ៊ុត ខូវ និងធ្វើគិញឱ្យ អ៊ុត ខូវ ដើម្បីតាមដានសកម្មភាពខ្មែរក្រហម។
