ឈ្មោះ ហឹង សំអាត ចូលធ្វើទាហាននៅថ្ងៃ១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧០ ដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដបម្រើកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិក្នុងឋានៈជាពលបាលត្រី នៅថ្ងៃ ១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ជា ឌីអ៊ឹមអិល-ស៊ី។
