The Head of Buddhist Monastery of Traey Sla pagoda escaped on May 24, 1974, from enemy-occupied territory and reported that soldiers in Specail Zone 203 under the command of Chan Chakrei, departed from Region 24, and war operating in East of the Basak river and West of the Mekong river.
លោកចៅអធិការវត្ដត្រើយស្លា បានភៀសខ្លួនចេញពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៤ ឧសភា ១៩៧៤ ហើយបានមកផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានមកថា កងទ័ពរបស់ភូមិភាគ២០៣ ជាពិសេសចេញមកពីតំបន់២៤ ដែលមាន ឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ចក្រី ជាមេបញ្ជាការ បានធ្វើប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកនៅខាង កើតទនេ្លបាសាក់ និងខាងលិចទនេ្លមេគង្គ។
