The report on telegram 19 dated on July 15, 1977: the situations of the border and islands didn't have problems. Vietnamese enemies often sent 62 boats into our sea border that was 10 kilometers far away from the island in order to catch fishes. On July 9, water border guards seriously damaged one fishing boat. On July 11, water border guards arrested 5 boats of enemies, but all crews had escaped. The report was copied for brother 89 and the documentation office.
