The circumstances in division 13, the political affairs and soldiers' consciousness didn't have problems. There was some insufficient points in battalion 131, some soldiers lazily worked, stole the people's properties, illegally cut off bamboo trees and picked fruits and pineapples, and some others impolitely spoke. The report was copied for brother 89, Nha, and the documentation office.
