The situation in region 23, Vietnamese enemies provoked turmoil and spied on our soldiers. From 10 to 30 enemies in special group were daily nominated to shoot our people and soldiers defending the border. Vietnamese people came to plow in our territory, situated about 100 to 200 meters from the border, they were took the lead to plough in our territory by their soldiers. Before plowing there, their soldiers shot and fired shells at us in order to protect their plowmen.

សេុីបការណ៍ពីកងទ័ពរបស់យើង។ ពួកវាបានចាត់តាំងក្រុមពិសេសពី ១០ទៅ៣០នាក់ ឈ្លបលួចចូលបាញ់កងការពារព្រំដែន និងប្រជាជន យើងឱ្យរបួសពិការរាល់ថ្ងៃ ហើយបានចូលភ្ជួររាស់ក្នុងទឹកដីយើងឃ្លាត ពីព្រំដែន១០០ទៅ២០០ម៉ែត្រ ដោយមាន កងទ័ពវា៣០នាក់
បើកផ្លូវ មុនរួចក្រុមភ្ជួរ ភ្ជួរតាមក្រោយ។ មុនចូលភ្ជួរវាបានចាត់តាំងកងទ័ព របស់វាជាច្រើនបាញ់រះ ផ្លោងរួចបញ្ជូនទ័ពវាមកត្រៀមដើម្បីការពារ ក្រុមភ្ជួររាស់។
