The situation along Cambodian-Vietnamese border was a impressive event, because there were various rumors to spread dishonestly that our Cambodian soldiers killed 1,000 Vietnamese people living in Ha Chien village, Kien Yang province. The Cambodian radio broadcasted that we were counting the names of islands belonging to us. We were liberating these islands, which had been occupied by Vietnamese enemies. According to the rumor, we considered that Vietnamese would extend invasion to our territory, they still carried out the fraudulent tactic, and didn't publicly execute the real one 100 percent. This report was copied for uncle Nuon, brothers Vann, Vorn, Khieu, and the documentation offce.

ធ្វើឱ្យគេចាប់អារម្មណ៍ជាខ្លាំងរហូតមានពាក្យចចាមអារាមផេ្សងៗ ទៀត មួលបង្កាច់បង្ខូចកម្ពុជាយើងថាកងទ័ពកម្ពុជាបានសម្លាប់ ប្រជាជនវៀតណាម១០០០នាក់នៅហាជៀនខេត្ដគៀនយ៉ាង។ វិទ្យុកម្ពុជាបានផ្សាយរៀបរាប់ឈ្មោះកោះមួយចំនួនជាកោះ របស់ខ្លួនដែលកោះខ្លះវៀតណាមកំពុងកាន់កាប់ជាយូមកហើយ ហើយកម្ពុជាកំពុងវ៉ៃយក មកវិញ។ ពិនិត្យលើការលេចឮនេះ ឃើញថាវៀតណាមនឹងបង្កើត កាឈ្លានពានមកលើយើង តែនៅ ប្រើឧបាយកលបន្លែបន្លំភ្នែក គេឯងនៅឡើយមិនទាន់ហ៊ានចំហរមួយ រយភាគរយទេ។ ចម្លងជូនអុំ អុំនួន បងវ៉ាន់ បងវន បងខៀវ និង មន្ទីរឯកសារ។ |
