According to the border's situation in region 23 dated on August 10, 1977, Vietnamese increasingly carried out the invasion, they continuously infiltrated to plow in our territory. Thus, we assigned our soldiers in region 23 to fire shells at them, moreover, I thought that it might be happened other problems. We all would continuously report these circumstances to you. The special report was sent to M-870 and brother Phim by comrade Chamraen.
ឈរលើសភាពការណ៍ព្រំប្រទល់ខាងតំបន់២៣ នៅថ្ងៃ១០-៨-៧៧ ខ្មាំងយួនវាកាន់តែបពោ្ចញធាតុឃោរឃៅឈ្លានពាន មកភ្ជួររាស់លើ ទឹកដីយើងមិនឈប់ឈរ ហេតុនេះយើងបានកំណត់ឱ្យខាង តំបន់២៣ វាយក្រុមភ្ជួរដីនេះដោយប្រើកាំភ្លើងផ្លោងដាក់ឱ្យចំហ្វូងវា ហើយអាច មានរឿងរ៉ាវតទៅទៀត។ យើងខ្ញុំនឹងរាយការណ៍ ជូនបន្ដបន្ទាប់ ទៀត។ ឯកសារពិសេសម-៨៧០ បានផ្ញើតាមរយៈសមមិត្ដ ចំរើន, បងភឹម បានទទួលត្រឹមត្រូវហើយ។
