Between August 8 and 9, 1977 in Chan Trea district, Romeas Hek district, and Svay Rieng district in Svay Rieng province, Vietnamese people escorted by their soldiers brought cattles to plow in our territory. In Svay Rieng district, at 7.30 am, 3 Vietnamese soldiers came to attack our comrades, who worked in artillery unit of region and built dams, located 150 meters near the border. During the attack, 1 dead, 2 slight injureds, and 1 serious injured. Our comrades fought them back by causing some of them to wound and others to be dead.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨-៩ សីហា ១៩៧៧ នៅក្នុងស្រុក៣គឺ ស្រុកចន្ទ្រា ស្រុករមាសហែក និងស្រុកស្វាយរៀង របស់ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង តាម បណ្ដោយព្រំដែនត្រូវខ្មាំងយួននាំ គោ ក្របី ចូលមកភ្ជួររាស់លើទឹក ដីយើងដោយមានកងទ័ពវាការពារផង។ ចំណែក នៅស្រុកស្វាយរៀង វេលាម៉ោង៧ៈ៣០នាទី ព្រឹកមានខ្មាំងយួន ៣ក្បាល ចូលមកបាញ់បង ប្អូនយើងនៅអង្គភាព «ឃ កាំភ្លើងធំ» របស់តំបន់ដែលទៅលើកភឺ្ល ស្រែក្បែរព្រំដែន១៥០ម៉ែត្រ បណ្ដាលឱ្យពលីម្នាក់ និងរបួស ២នាក់ ម្នាក់ស្រាល និងម្នាក់ទៀតធ្ងន់។ បងប្អូនយើងក៍ប្រយុទ្ធតបវិញ ប៉ុន្ដែ ខ្មាំងរបួសនិងងាប់ក្ដាប់មិនបាន។
