On July 25, 1977 Vietnamese people and soldiers bringing along with plows, cattles, and tractors infiltrated into Baraing village in Prasakk sub-district, Svay Rieng district. On July 29, 1977 Vietnamese enemies equiped with Ak-47 rifles, AR-15 guns, machine guns, 60-mm artrilleries, 80-mm artrilleries, and 105-mm artrilleries entered to plow and dig trenches in Chan Trea district. According to investigating the enemy's general circumstances along the border in July 1977, Vietnamese enemies strongly provoked turmoil in Prasaut district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ កក្កដា ១៩៧៧ ក្នុងស្រុកស្វាយរៀងពួកយួនបាន ចូលមកម្ដុំភូមិបារាំង ឃុំប្រសាក់ មានគោក្របី នង្គ័ល ត្រាក់ទ័រដែល មានជនប្រដាប់អាវុធការពារផង។ ថ្ងៃទី២៩-៧-៧៧ នៅស្រុកចន្ទ្រា យួនបានចូលមកភ្ជួរ និងជីកលេណដ្ឋានក្នុងទឹកដីយើងហើយពួកវាប្រើ កាំភ្លើងគ្រប់ធុនមានកាំភ្លើងដៃ អាកា អាអ៊ែរ១៥ និងកាំភ្លើងយន្ដ គ្រប់ធុន រហូតដល់កាំភ្លើងធំ កាណុង៦០មម ៨០មម និង ១០៥ មីលីម៉ែត្រ។ បើពិនិត្យជារួមសភាពការណ៍ខ្មាំងនៅតាមព្រំដែន ក្នុង ខែកក្កដា-១៩៧៧នេះ យួនធ្វើសកម្មភាពខ្លាំងក្លាមែនទែននៅខាង ស្រុកប្រសូត្រ។
