Between July 21 and 24, 1977 Vietnamese enemies provoked turmoil in Samrong district, Prasaut district, Kampong Ro district, and Chan Trea district, Svay Rieng province. Moreover, They entered to plow and build dams in our territory, and frequently attacked our soldiers defending along the border. During the attack, three enemies were injured, and two enemies were killed, but one comrade and two buffaloes were wounded.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១-២៧ ខែ៧ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀងមានស្រុក ៤គឺ ស្រុកសំរោង ប្រសូត្រ និងកំពង់រោទ៍និងស្រុកចន្ទ្រាត្រូវបាន ខ្មាំងយួនធ្វើសកម្មភាពចូលមកអុកឡុកក្នុងទឹកដីយើងដោយភ្ជួរស្រែ លើកជាទំនប់និងបាញ់រះមកលើយុទ្ធជនការពារព្រំដែនយើង ជាបន្ដ បន្ទាប់តាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែន។ ការប្រយុទ្ធតបតរបស់យុទ្ធជនការពារ ព្រំដែនយើងថ្វើឱ្យពួកវាត្រូវរបួស៣នាក់ងាប់ ២នាក់របួស ក្របី២ ក្បាលចំណែកយុទ្ធជនយើងរបួសម្នាក់។
