On 11 September in the viciny of Teak Mann and Prek Choam along the former national road number 27, we shot with rifle-105 and rifle-106 to death 18, wounded 77, burnt one jeep and killed 3 commanders. One enemy's tank drove on mine and exploded. After that we attacked Am Pil fortress damaging to death 6 enemies, wounding some and seizing one AK-47 rifle, one pistol, 30 B-40 rockets, 4 B-41 rockets and other military equipment. This report had been sent to uncle Nuon, brother Vann, brother Vorn, brother Khieu and documentation center.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១១ សីហា នៅម្ដុំទាក់មាន់ និងនៅព្រែកជាំ តាមផ្លូវលេខ ២៧ចាស់ យើបានបាញ់ដោយកាំភ្លើងកាណុង១០៥ និង១០៦ ធ្វើ អោយខ្មាំងងាប់១៨នាក់ របួស៧៧នាក់ ឆេះរថយន្ដហ្សីប ១គ្រឿងងាប់បញ្ជាការ៣នាក់ និងរថក្រោះពួកវា ២គ្រឿងជាន់មីនឆេះ។ បន្ទាប់មក យើងឡើងវ៉ៃបន្ទាយអំពិល កំទេចខ្មាំងងាប់ ៦ក្បាល,របួសមួយចំនួន និងអូសបានអាវុធអាកា ១ដើម, កាំភ្លើងខ្លី ១ដើម បេ-៤០ ចំនួន៣០ដើម, បេ-៤១ ចំនួន៤ដើម និងសម្ភារៈមួយ ចំនួនទៀត។ បានចម្លងជូនអ៊ុំនួន, បងវ៉ាន់, បងវន, បងខៀវ, និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
