On August 10, 1977, Daung Ry aka Peou escaped from Svay Rorlum sub-district unit in Sa-ang district, region 25, because he had conflict with sub-district militiaman, who arrested his parents and sent them to a place called 08, located in the district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ សីហា ១៩៧៧ ម៉ោង១០ព្រឹក ឈ្មោះដូង រី ហៅ ពៅ បានបាត់ខ្លួនពីអង្គភាពឃុំស្វាយរលំ ស្រុកស្អាង តំបន់២៥។ មូលហេតុ បណ្ដាលមកពីមានទំនាស់ជាមួយឈ្លបឃុំ ឈ្លបឃុំបាន ចាប់ឪពុកម្ដាយយកទៅដាក់នៅកន្លែង០៨ របស់ស្រុក។
