Siv alias Mut was a permanent member of the party committee in region 37. In 1970, Siv was assigned to work in Thma Baing district, Koh Kong province by the party committee of Southwest zone. At that time, Siv conducted anti-revolutionary activities and revealed the party's secret plan, during liberating Koh Kong province from the revolutionary traitors. Siv often destroyed the party's plan which was constructing the socialist revolution, the socialist, and specially the agriculture field.
ឈ្មោះ ស៊ីវ មានឈ្មោះសម្ងាត់មុតជាសមាជិកអចិន្ដ្រៃនៃគណៈកម្មា ធិការបក្សតំបន់៣៧។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ត្រូវបានគណៈកម្មាធិការបក្សភូមិ ភាគនិរតីចាត់តាំងឱ្យទៅធ្វើការនៅកោះកុងស្រុកថ្មបាំង ស៊ីវ ក៍បាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដចាប់ពីពេលនោះមក ដោយធ្វើឱ្យបែកការ សម្ងាត់របស់បក្ស នៅពេលលើកទ័ពទៅវ៉ៃយកខេត្ដកោះកុងពីពួកក្បត់ បដិវត្ដន៍វិញ។ ស៊ីវ តែងតែបំផ្លាញផែនការធ្វីបដិវត្ដន៍ សង្គមនិយម និងការកសាងសង្គមនិយម ជាពិសេសការធ្វើកសិកម្មតែម្ដង។
