Along Cambodian-Vietnamese boder in region 23, Vietnamese enemies raided on our soldiers, ambushed our people, and invaded our territory by plowing fields in our soil from 100 and 200 meters away from the border. On August 12, 1977 in the morning we assigned our combatants to ambush Vietnamese enemies who infiltrated into our territory. As the result, 4 of them were killed, and 8 others were arrested.
នៅតាមព្រំដែនតំបន់២៣ខ្មាំងយួនធ្វើសកម្មភាពបាញ់បោះឈ្លបបាញ់ ប្រជាជនយើង ហើយឈ្លានពានដោយធ្វើស្រែចូលដីយើងចម្ងាយពី ព្រំដែនពី១០០ទៅ២០០ម៉ែត្រ។ ហេតុនេះហេើយនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែ៨ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ យើងបានចាត់តាំងត្រៀមស្ទាក់វ៉ៃខ្មាំងយួនដែល វាចូលក្នុងទឹកដីយើងដោយឱ្យពួកវាងាប់៤ក្បាលនិងចាប់បាន៨នាក់។
