In 1973, Heng Peng, representative of Commercial committee of zone 302, travelled to North Vietnam to discuss about techique commerce with meal at block ៈ5 in rubber plantation. This block on the confession of Hai Dong, chief of an economic region, the one who picked up Heng Peng, he told that these hostages were captures during the varias bettlefield. Leter on, Heng Peng witnessed the murder of an American by Khmer communist at hospital in zone 302, located in Phka Doung forest, at Duple VU 89-36, in Krauch and zone secretary, Peom was, the one who asked doctor to kill him with injection.
កាលពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ហេង ផេង តំណាងឱ្យគណៈកម្មាធិការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម របស់ភូមិភាគ៣០២ បានធ្វើដំណើរទៅពិភាក្សាបចេ្ចកទេសពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាមួយវៀតកុងវៀតណាមខាងជើង ហើយក៏បានប្រទះឃើញឈ្លើយ សឹកស្បែកសចំនួនប្រហែល២០នាក់ កំពុងបរិភោគអាហារនៅត្រង់ឡូតិ៍ លេខ៥ ក្នុងចម្ការកៅស៊ូ។ ឡូតិ៍លេខ៥នេះ មានចម្ងាយប្រហែល៦ទៅ ៧គីឡូម៉ែត្រពីផ្សារដុកនិញ។ តាមចម្លើយរបស់ ហាយ ដុង ប្រធាន សេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់ យួនម្នាក់ដែលជាអ្នកជូនដំណើរ ហេង ផេង ពេលនោះ និយាយថា ជនជាតិស្បែកសទាំងនោះជាឈ្លើយសង្គ្រាមអាមេរិកាំង ដែលចាប់ពីសមរភូមិនានា។ ក្រោយមក ហេង ផេង បានឃើញខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដសម្លាប់ជនជាតិអាមេរិកាំងម្នាក់ដោយផ្ទាល់ភ្នែក នៅក្នុង មន្ទីរពេទ្យភូមិភាគ៣០២ ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងព្រៃផ្កាដូង ត្រង់ចំនុចឌុប ឡឺវេអ៊ុយ៨៩-៣៦ ក្នុងស្រុកក្រូចឆ្មារ។ ជនជាតិអាមេរិកាំងរូប នោះមានជម្ងឺគ្រុនចាញ់ ហើយ តាភឹម លេខាភូមិភាគ៣០២ ជាអ្នក បញ្ជាឱ្យគ្រូពេទ្យចាក់ថ្នាំសម្លាប់។
