To comrade Mut with respect, copied to brother 89 and Documentation Office, [we would like to]report on the unit situation at O-Chheu Teal and Rung Sanloem island. There was no significant change. A number of problems emerged from Ream units. Comrade Chan, member of transport group, intimidated others to urgently move to O-Chheu Teal because of being in hurry. The training on warship techniques was wrapped up on July 17, 1977, as proposed by the party.
