On June 23, 1977 at 7 am, guards of Prey Kry cooperative, Kampong Luong district, Kampong Chhnang province, put 24 people with 2 females in custody at Khla mountain. They conceded that they escaped from Khvav village, Tik Chha sub-district, Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province in an attempt to turn to Chan Reangsy at Koulen mountain. At first, they had 30 members with 3 masterminds: Khann Tat, Chief of Khvav Village Cooperative, Yem and Khan but they separated, leaving 24 people. With regard to this, [we would like] the Angkar to contact the Northern Zone and take measure. Copied to uncle Nuon, brother Vann, brother Vorn, brother Khieu and Documentation Office.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ មិថុនា ១៩៧៧ ម៉ោង៧ព្រឹក កងការពារប្រចាំការ សហករណ៍ព្រៃគ្រី ស្រុកកំពង់លួង ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង បានឃាត់មនុស្ស ចំនួន២៤នាក់នៅម្ដុំភ្នំខ្លា ក្នុងចំណោមនោះមាននារីម្នាក់។ តាម ចម្លើយឆ្លើយរបស់ជនខាងលើនេះថាលួចរត់មកពីភូមិខ្វាវ ឃុំទឹកឆា ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម គោលបំណងទៅភ្នំគូលេនរកចន្ទរង្សី។ ការលួចរត់នេះមានគ្នា៣០នាក់ មានមេ៣នាក់ឈ្មោះ ខាន់ តាត ជាគណៈសហករណ៍ភូមិខ្វាវ ឈ្មោះ យ៉ែម និងខន តែបែកគ្នានៅ សល់តែ២៤នាក់ ដូចេ្នះសូមអង្គការទាក់ទងទៅខាងភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ហើយមានវិធានការយ៉ាងណា។ ចម្លងជូន អ៊ំនួន បងវ៉ាន់ បងវន បងខៀវ និង មន្ទីរឯកសារ។
