I, Sim, left to capture two Thai boats: 300cc and 400cc, which sailed deeply off our maritime islands. The ships captured in the south of Koh Kong contained fish and oil. The remaining crew who did not dive to escape were smashed by our comrades. Copied to brother 89, brother Mut and Documentation Office.
ខ្ញុំ«ស៊ីម»បានចេញកប៉ាល់ធ្វើការចាប់ទូកថៃ២គ្រឿងធុន ៣០០សេស និង៤០០សេសដែលចូលក្នុងសមុទ្រយើងយ៉ាងជ្រៅ នៅជិតកោះ របស់យើង។ ចំពោះទូកថៃ២គ្រឿងទៀតដែលយើងចាប់បាននៅខាង ត្បូងកោះកុង ក្នុងទូកនោះមានត្រី និងបេ្រងមួយចំនួន។ ចំពោះ មនុស្សនៅសល់ពីការលោតចុះទឹក បងប្អូនកំទេចចោលអស់ហើយ។ ចម្លងជូន បង៨៩ បងមុត និងមន្ទីរឯកសារ។
