On September 10, three Cham villagers living in Mil village, Khsim sub-district, fled to Vietnam via Prey Khsim. Accidentally, one was died of mine and two escaped. [we would like to] inform M-870 of this. Copied to uncle Nuon, brother Vann, brother Vorn, brother Khieu, and Documentation Office.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ កញ្ញា មានចាមចំនួន៣នាក់ ជាប្រជាជននៅភូមិមិល ឃុំឃ្សឹម រត់ទៅស្រុកយួនតាមព្រៃឃ្សឹម ហើយជាន់មីនរបស់យើង ស្លាប់ម្នាក់និង២នាក់ទៀតរត់រួច សូមម-៨៧០ជ្រាបជាព័ត៌មាន។ ចម្លងជូនអុំនួន បងវ៉ាន់ បងវន បងខៀវ និង មន្ទីរឯកសារ។
