The party assigned me to work for 10 days in Region 103 to hold meeting in 5 districts: Tbeng, Koulen, Sangkum Thmey, Rovieng and Chom Khsan Districts. As a result, chiefs of district, community, and offices of the districts took part in the party's dissemination of political guidelines: 1) to go ahead with the revolutionary socialism and build the socialists. 2) to increase rice production so as to improve the people's living condition. And, 3) to explore the way the Democratic Party's work was to rally the united collectives.
បក្សបានចាត់តាំងឱ្យខ្ញុំចុះទៅធ្វើការនៅតំបន់១០៣ រយៈពេល១០ថ្ងៃ ដើម្បីចុះធ្វើសន្និបាតតាមស្រុកនិមួយៗ។ មានចំនួន៥ស្រុកដែលបាន ធ្វើសន្និបាតគឺស្រុកត្បែង, គូលែន, សង្គមថ្មី, រវៀង និងជាំខ្សាន្ដ ហើយមានគណៈស្រុក គណៈសហគមន៍ និង មន្ទីរនានាក្នុងស្រុកចូល រួមដែលត្រូវបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយមាគ៌ានយោបាយរបស់បក្សដូចជាៈ ១ មាគ៌ានយោបាយបន្ដធ្វើបដិវត្ដសង្គមនិយម និងការកសាងសង្គម និយម។ ២ មាគ៌ាបង្កបង្កើនផលរបស់បក្ស និងស្រាយជីវភាព ប្រជាជន។ ៣ របៀបរបបធ្វើការងាររបស់បក្សប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ប្រមូលផ្ដុំសមូហភាពដឹកនាំ។
