Tes Sophal was a member of militia group in Preh Nipean sub-district, Korng Pisei district, Kampong Speu province. Tes Sophal defected to national troop on June 21, 1974 at Kampong Stuot. The militia group's job was to spy on the villagers in case someone wanted to run out of the area and to protect their controling area from an enemy who intended to infiltrate into the area in order to get information. The 500 riel note was forbiden in early 1974. Angkar had changed the currency note, but it was not enough in using, so Angkar had to borrow 1000riel from each family. This plan was carried out since the early of May 1974. If the villagers did not lent money to Angkar, those villagers could make on exchange only 5 riel out of 100 riel note.
ទេស សុផល ជាសមាជិកកងឈ្លបសង្កាត់ព្រះនិពាន្ធ ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ បានចុះចូលនៅថ្ងៃ២១ មិថុនា ១៩៧៤នៅកំពង់ស្ទួត។ កងឈ្លបនេះមានភារកិច្ចតាមឃ្លាំមើលសកម្មភាពប្រជាជនក្រែងមាន លួចរត់ចេញពីតំបន់និងការពារសន្ដិសុខក្រែងមានភ្នាក់ងារទាហានជ្រៀត ចូលទៅស៊ើបការណ៍ក្នុងសង្កាត់ពិសេសតាមដានចលនាចុះឡើងរបស់ ទាហាន។ ក្នុងតំបន់នេះខ្មាំងបានហាមប្រជាជនមិនឱ្យប្រើក្រដាសប្រាក់ ៥០០រៀលនៅដើមឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ អង្គការចាប់ផ្ដើមប្ដូរប្រាក់ជា បន្ទាប់តែមិនបានគ្រប់ចំនួនទេ។ នៅខែឧសភា ១៩៧៤ អង្កការបាន ចាប់ផ្ដើមដើមខ្ចីប្រាក់ប្រជាជនមួយគ្រួសារ១០០០រៀល។ បើអ្នកណាមិនឱ្យអង្គការខ្ចីគឺជននោះអាចដូរបានតែ៥រៀលក្នុងក្រដាស ប្រាក់១០០រៀល។
