Agent of National Defending reported that on February 20-21, 1972, about 250 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces came to set up shelter in the forest Northwest of Kdei Penh pagoda at VT673-518, sangkat Cheung Ron, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
ភ្នាក់ងារកងការពារជាតិបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មាន មកថាកាលពីថ្ងៃ ២១ កុម្ភះ ១៩៧២ មានពួកខ្មាំងខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន២៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធ គ្រប់ដៃបានមកតាំងទីជម្រកនៅក្នុងព្រៃខាងលិចឈៀងខាងជើងវត្ដក្ដី ពេញ ត្រង់ចំណុច ៦៧៣-៥១៨ នៅក្នុងសង្កាត់ជើងរុន ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
