Chea Saratt, born in 1953 at Kdei Chass village, Wat Ang sub-distrcit, Tuok Meas district, Kampot province, was a former commissioner of platoon 3, company 2, battalion 51, region 35, Kampot province. Chea Saratt defected on August 03, 1973 at Wat Thmei. The person gave as information about the military base of battalion 51, 53, 55, 61 and 63 whcih was basing in region 35. The battalion had duty to defend region 35 of Kampot province. For ammunition, it was provided by Chinese communist. The combattants in that area so disappointed with the lack of food and other supplies.
ជា សារ៉ាត់ កើតនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៥៣នៅភូមិក្ដីចាស់ សង្កាត់វត្ដអង្គ ស្រុកទូសមាស ខេត្ដកំពត ជាស្នងការកងអនុសេនាទូចទី ៣នៃកង អនុសេនាធំទី ២ វតរសេនាតូច ៥១ តំបន់ ៣៥ ខេត្ដកំពតបាន ចុះចូលនៅថ្ងៃ៣-៩-១៩៧៣នៅវត្ដថ្មី។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានរាយការណ៍ ពីសកម្មភាពទីតាំងកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ ៥១, ៥៣, ៥៥, ៦៣ និង ៦១ដែលប្រចាំនៅតំបន់ ៣៥។ កងវរសេនាតូចនេះមានបេសកកម្ម ចម្បងក្នុងកិច្ចការពារតំបន់ ៣៥ ខេត្ដកំពត។ គ្រប់រំសេវត្រូវបាន ចិនកុម្មុយនិស្ដជាអ្នកផ្ដល់ជំនួយ។ យុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងនេះមានការមិន ពេញចិត្ដចំពោះការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ជីវភាពមិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់។
