Chhim Sokhon was arrested on April 18, 1974 near the statue of 2 Lions in the capital city of Phnom Penh by the National army. He served the military in 1973 as an activities operation within Phnom Penh city such as throwing grenades from his 90 grand motorbike to the national army truck, to military police base and into the mansion of certain governemnt generals in Phnom Penh. Even more than that, he was a member of the terorist sabotage group headed by Heng chief of activities operation in Phnom Penh.
ឈឹម សុខុន ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១៨ មេសា ១៩៧៤ នៅជិត រូបតោពីរក្នុងរដ្ឋធានីភ្នំពេញដោយកងទ័ពជាតិ។ ជននេះបានចូលបម្រើ ខ្មាំងនៅ១៩៧៣ ក្នុងតួនាទីជាអ្នកធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្នុងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដូចជា ជិះម៉ូតូធុន៩០គប់គ្រាប់បែកទៅលើរថយន្ដកងទ័ពជាតិទៅ លើមូលដ្ឋានកងអវុធហត្ថជាតិ និងគប់ទៅលើភូមិគ្រិះឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលមួយចំនួនក្នុងរដ្ឋធានីភ្នំពេញ។ ជាពិសេសជននេះ ជាសមាជិកម្នាក់ក្នុងក្រុមភេវរកម្មដែលមានឈ្មោះហេង តូច ជាមេ ភេវកម្មប្រចាំទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។
