Sea Him, soldier of division 164, confessed that in 1974, the name of Takk, leader of office 21 work site, was in the list of traitors of Chey, chief of agricultural office. Takk was a member of district committee who was responsible for taking care of Phal openly and secretly in order to serve in the traitorous activities in the future.
