A source reported that on February 22, 1972, at 9:00am, about 100 Khmer Viet Congs and people attened a meeting in which the enemies required that local people 16 years old and older must serve in their army. The source added that the enemy headquarter were located at the corner of raod to Angkor Borei in a flat at VT 954-335. the meeting was led by Kung Him and Sea Bunthan, chief of training strategy forces. It took place from 7:00 to 10:00am and 3 to 5:30pm at the lagr flat open area from VT 955-333 to VT 958-333.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មានមកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២២ កុម្ភះ ១៩៧២ ម៉ោង ៩ៈ០០ កងទ័ពខ្មែរយៀកកុង និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋប្រមាណ១០០នាក់ បានបើកសម័យប្រជុំមួយ។ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះខ្មាំងតម្រូវឱ្យអ្នកស្រុក ដែលមានអាយុចាប់ពី១៦ឆ្នាំឡើង ទៅចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងទ័ពខ្មាំង។ ប្រភពបាន បន្ថែមថា ទីស្នាក់ការរបស់ខ្មាំង គឺស្ថិតនៅត្រង់ផ្ទះថ្ម៦ល្វែង ត្រង់ផ្លូវបត់ទៅអង្គលបូរី ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៥៤-៣៣៥។ ក្នុងការហ្វឹកហាត់យុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រដែលមានឈ្មោះ គង់ ហ៊ឹម និង ស៊ា ប៊ុនថន ជាប្រធាន។ ការបង្ហាត់ទ័ពព្រឹកពីម៉ោង៧ៈ០០ ដល់ម៉ោង ១០ៈ០០ពេលព្រឹក ពីម៉ោង៣ៈ០០ ដល់ម៉ោង៥ៈ៣០ ត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេ ៩៥៥-៣៣៣ រហូតដល់វ៉េតេ ៩៥៨-៣៣៣។
