On May, 15, 1972, 200 Viet-Cong on black uniforms and some of them equipped with hand granades went up to Chi So mountain and keep moving Kandal village VT748-518, Bak Ronas village, 753-521, in Sangkat Tangdong, Bati district, Takeo province. They aimed to destroy the radio station in Stung Meanchey a short time later.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៥ ឧសភា ១៩៧២ មានខ្មាំងយួនយៀកកុងចំនួន ២០០នាក់ ក្នុងសំលៀកបំពាក់ខ្មៅខ្លះ ខ្លះទៀតក្រវ៉ាត់គ្រាប់បែកពេញ ខ្លួនបានឡើងមកលើ ភ្នំជីសូរ រួចបន្ដដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅភូមិកណ្ដាល វេតេ ៧៤៨-៥១៨, ភូមិបាក់រនាស់ វេតេ ៧៥៣-៥២១ សង្កាត់តាំងដូង ស្រុកបាទី ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ ពួកខ្មាំងទាហានគោល បំណងវាយយកប៉ុសិ៍្ដវិទ្យុស្ទឹងមានជ័យក្នុងពេលខាងមុខ។
