កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :

Veng Srong aka Phan, a Khmer communist combatant, returned and joined National Marines on July 04, 1994 [without entering a battle field]. His[former] unit, under the command of camrade An, located of Koh Traloak, WV090-098 and was in charge of firing our national marines. In his above unit, combatants used various guns such as one 60 mm guns, two 30 mm machine guns, AK 47 and B40.
វេង ស្រុង ហៅផាន ជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដមានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជនបាន ចូលរួបរួមជាមួយកងទ័ពម៉ារីនជាតិនៅថ្ងៃ០៤ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ក្រៅការប្រយុទ្ធ។ អង្គភាពរបស់សាម៉ីជនមានទីតាំងនៅត្រង់កោះ ត្រឡោក ត្រង់ដាប់បេយូវ៉េ០៩០-០៩៨ មានភារកិច្ចចាំបាញ់ ម៉ារីនកងទ័ពជាតិ ដែលមានឈ្មោះសមមិត្ដអាន ជាបញ្ជាការ។ ក្នុង អង្គភាពនេះមានប្រើប្រាស់អាវុធធុនធ្ងន់ដូចជា ៦០មីលីម៉ែត្រ ១ដើម, កាំភ្លើងយន្ដ៣០មីលីម៉ែត្រ២ដើម ក្រៅពីនេះគឺអាកា៤៧ និង បេ៤០ទាំងអស់។
