Agent 077 Ch-15 reported that about 35 North Yuon Viet Congs including, a colonel from Hanoi, set up headquarter in a Khmer style wooden house with tile-roof that had no owner in Kampong Chheu Teal village, far away 200m Nothern from Stung Sen at WU 053-222 and about 300m of Eastern there, the enemies set up a mill to grinding stolen rice.
